Everyone's pissed off about the otter mascot

And it's hilarious.

Chief supporters are irate - I heard one yell "OTTERS SUCK!" at halftime of yesterday's game. They're all shook up...

...by a meme.

Some have even gone as far as to call the Alma Otter mascot a joke (it is a literal joke, that's the point), while other have taken to calling it offensive.

And with that, folks, we've done it. We've reached peak irony.

Alma Otter forever, if only to troll the Chief crowd.

Khailieo Terry is a monster

But you already knew that (if you've been reading the blog this year).

The Maroons won a Regional Championship over Decatur MacArthur on Friday night. This dunk, as we've come to expect with Terry, is wild.

Central plays state powerhouse Springfield Southeast on Tuesday at 7:00 PM. Urbana also won their first Regional crown in decades on Friday night off of a buzzer beater from Jermale Young, Jr. They face Lincoln on Tuesday.
