The Champaign Showers Podcast Network exists now

You probably didn't notice, but there's a new menu item on the CS menu. For podcasts. I had to do something more with this blog than just aggregate news all day.

There are many podcasts about various aspects of Champaign-Urbana, but no one has ever collected them in one place. Right now, they exist but are fairly disparate. I hope that this can create an ecosystem where people can come for C-U-centric content.

From now on, Showers seeks to be your #1 stop for local podcasts, from music to sports to interviews to opinion, we'll eventually have it all covered.

Take a stop by the network's page and get to know the first two partner programs, Champaign Is Also A Band and I Have To Ask... - more shows are coming sooner than you think :)

YEET.

ISU Recruits Largest Freshman Class In Three Decades

There's an ISU joke in here somewhere if you do some digging, but I won't make it. Happy to see our state universities recovering after Governor Rauner waged war on them (and the people they employ)
